Buildings are everywhere, but creating good buildings is more difficult than it seems. I work in real estate development because I want to have a hand in creating places where people want to live, places that are good for the environment, and places that enhance the surrounding communities.
For the past 8 years at two firms, I have worked on over a dozen development projects including apartments, condos, retail/commercial, and office spaces. I have experience across all phase of the development process including entitlement, design, financing, construction management, and lease-up.
